The Event Barn
Located a short distance from the Towerhouse, the Event Barn is a contemporary Granary. It’s lofty vaulted ceilings and grand doors create a sense of light and spaciousness. The sleek materials of steel and concrete are thoughtfully combined with weathered woods and stone to create a warm, yet sophisticated atmosphere.
The neutral palette compliments all variations of decor and florals, while the open floor plan simplifies seating and table configuration planning. It is a space to make your own. Open the the doors to view the spacious private courtyard perfect for dancing, or take a moment to relax beside the large stone fireplace in the covered pavilion.
The 1911 Complex
Located on a historic property in downtown Gay, Georgia, The Towerhouse Farm Brewery is housed within the 1911 Building—once the heart of local commerce and agriculture. The Vault Lounge, situated on the main floor, originally served as the farm office, general store, and post office. The Ice Block Taproom was once the community’s central grocery, while the The Peach Shed played a key role in peach packing and distribution. We prioritized preserving these original structures during restoration ( including the original working Otis Elevator ), ensuring that over 134 years of history will continue well into the future.
The Event Buildings
The Towerhouse Farm Brewery and The Longleaf Grounds are set in the idyllic location of heritage farmland complete with sweeping views and one of a kind spaces that range from industrial chic to vintage rustic charm. The versatility of the venues offers an ideal location for weddings, celebrations, and gatherings of all types. The unique buildings and outdoor spaces allows the opportunity to create occasions ranging from intimate to larger scale.
